3. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for feedback and approval in 48 hours.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to your business.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
  • A deposit may be required before the commencement of services.
  • Full payment is due as specified in our agreement unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality

We value your privacy and confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential unless otherwise required by law or explicitly permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of any deliverables, including designs, content, or strategies, will be transferred to you upon full payment.
  • Echo Point retains the right to use non-confidential, completed work for promotional purposes.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
  • Refunds for prepaid services will be issued on a prorated basis for incomplete work, minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

Echo Point Marketing and Consulting is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third parties, client actions, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
